These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, reservations, event participation, and any other engagement with Allure Restaurant & Lounge (“Allure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our venue or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms in full. Please read carefully.

2. Reservation Policy
Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. To enhance your dining experience, we offer reservations for:

VIP table packages (with bottle service and minimum spend)

You may book online, via phone, or in person. Reservation slots are limited, and Allure reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Cancellation & No-Show:
We kindly ask for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or reservation privileges being limited in the future.
3. Event Reservations & Private Bookings
Allure hosts special events including live music nights, DJ experiences, and private parties.
Event Attendance:

Guests must adhere to our dress code and conduct standards.

Entry to select events may require RSVP or pre-payment.

Allure reserves the right to deny entry or service to anyone under the influence or not in compliance with our policies.
Private Events:
To book the venue or a private section for birthdays, corporate events, or celebrations, a minimum spend and deposit may be required. Custom packages and agreements will be presented in writing.
4. Dress Code
We uphold a stylish and sophisticated environment. Smart casual or upscale attire is encouraged.
The following may not be permitted:

Offensive or inappropriate slogans on clothing
Allure reserves the right to enforce the dress code at the door.

6. Menu, Pricing & Modifications
Our menu offerings, including food, drinks, and promotions, are subject to change based on seasonal availability and creative direction.
All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable tax or gratuity. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue items without prior notice.
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we strive to accommodate, Allure cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
7. Payments & Refunds
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuity may be automatically included for large parties or VIP bookings.
For pre-paid experiences or event tickets:

Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by Allure.

Tickets are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated in writing.
8. Behavior & Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property. Allure has a zero-tolerance policy for:

Aggressive behavior

Harassment of any kind

Property damage

Refusal to comply with staff instructions
Any guest violating these standards may be removed from the premises and/or banned from future entry without refund or further notice.
9. Liability Waiver
By entering Allure Restaurant & Lounge, guests acknowledge and assume full responsibility for their behavior, belongings, and personal well-being.
Allure is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen items

Parking violations or damages outside the venue

Injuries incurred through misuse of the space or while under the influence of alcohol
10. Photography & Marketing Use
During select events or services, Allure may photograph or film for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being included in such media unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event.
Allure reserves all rights to content created or captured within the venue, including for marketing and social media use.
11. Age Restrictions
All guests must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to consume alcohol.
Certain late-night or ticketed events may be restricted to 21+ only. Please check event listings or contact our team for clarification.
12. COVID-19 & Health Policy
Allure follows current local and state health guidelines. We reserve the right to implement safety measures such as mask usage, temperature checks, or guest capacity limits at our discretion. If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you postpone your visit for everyone’s safety.
13. Intellectual Property
Allure’s logo, branding, website content, menus, and promotional material are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly use our materials without written permission.

Allure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
